CityCenter Studios is the in-town half of how we host. The promenade is a minute away, the port and cafés are right there, and Family Pot — the kitchen we run — is part of the same operation.
We started with a few rooms many years ago and added more over time, as we were able to take them on. The studios are renovated — air conditioning, kitchenettes, parquet floors, private bathrooms, balconies on selected units. The design is simple and clean.
We host. We answer questions. We tell you the buses to Ksamil, the boat times to Corfu, where to get fish, where to actually eat. The studios are managed personally — when you message about a booking, you're messaging us.
Each studio comes with a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, free WiFi, a private bathroom with a shower, a TV, and bed linen and towels. Some units have balconies. There's a garden and terrace for guests to relax in.
An à la carte breakfast can be arranged — and if you want a real Albanian breakfast, we'll just send you to Family Pot.
